A quick apology for those who may have missed the mod plurk about it-- this past week brought some unexpected difficulties for each member of the mod team, and so the Shuffle and app acceptances have been a bit delayed.

Apps are once more being looked at today... and the IC Shuffle post had already been planned to be a little strange and late in broadcasting, so that works out. The IC post will be up shortly, and you may assume that the following changes go into effect starting now.
