Really it should be +1 HUGE TINY DORK but yes. Dolly with character #2, Sam Grigory. He's an OC and for all intents and purposes the most normal 15yo kid ever. How normal you ask? SO NORMAL. So normal he makes everything around him normal too.

Anyone Sam touches/is touched by will find their powers dampened to the point of being completely neutralized...so long as they're in contact with him. Once he/they let go it's all hunky-dory and fine and stuff returns to normal :Db

Aside from that there's nothing particularly special about him. He's a shorty who ADORES HIS BABY SISTER, does normal school stuff, and thinks that magic is that cool slight-of-hand stuff magicians do. So he's gonna be so stoked when he sees all of you weirdos 8D!
