Hmmm...I'd say give it a couple days to let people update their own AC and maybe check in with them too? Mostly because we do want to hear from those muns themselves and make sure they want to be in the game.

Though if you know it's a mun that's unavailable to update themselves before the deadline and you know they do want to stay in the game, feel free!
