[ Having his memories back at last, all of them, has put a few things in perspective. And though he gained some peace in them, there's certain things that just don't go away with that. Years worth of self-hatred is one of those things. ]

It's hard to do anything about that feeling. I can't help but think... "He can do better. He deserves better than me." So I don't do anything with those feelings.
