Coming off hiatus with a glitch in tow!
Hello flooters!
After a month-long hiatus, I'm ready to get back into Drift Fleet RP and start threading again. The break was much needed, as it allowed me time to think on things, temper my expectations for myself in regards to RP drive, and rekindle my motivation to keep playing Wanda here in the Floot. I've missed tagging with all of you, and look forward to getting threads going again!
However, to help me ease back into things after this long break -- and to spice things up a tad -- I've decided to bring Wanda back into things with a glitch. Wherever the Atroma keep people when they go into long-term stasis has apparently messed with Wanda's memories. Short version, a temporary reset button has been hit. She's going to return to the fleet thinking this is actually her first time. Additionally, she's lost her memories of the events of Civil War. Instead, the canon point she believes she is being pulled from is going to be post-Age of Ultron. Fortunately, her memories of both MCU canon and Fleet events will start returning to her over time incrementally. Some bits may come back a lot quicker and in bigger chunks while other bits make take longer. This does not mean that some part of Wanda's subconscious has been completely wiped. In fact, there might be weird contradictions in how she responds to something verbally and how she responds emotionally. For example, a trinket from a planet the fleet's visited in the past may cause a fond tear of remembrance to fall while she confusingly states that she doesn't know what exactly the item is. Or, an off-hand comment about something she doesn't remember happening will seemingly cause her to anger -- again, much to her own confusion.
Wanda will wake-up in her bunkroom on the Starstruck -- all of her collected trinkets, photos, and other items still there -- and not the Marsiva, but it will otherwise be to her as if she's arriving for the first time. So, yes! That's the lo-down! If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a shout at
futurepetdetective. Otherwise, look for Wanda's returning/glitched first arrival IC post on the network soon! :D

Let me know if you'd like to continue any of Kitty and Wanda's older threads. I'm happy to backtag whatever you feel up for, too. :D
