If you are interested in having her go into the water, we can suggest either an augment glitch that disables her power, or among her ships provided wetsuits, there can be a full body wetsuit that's lined with rubber. It won't be the most flattering or comfortable wear, but it will stop everyone from dying at least!

And Looma's would be fine with us! She can receive a bag full of either Taydenite and/or SpaceBucks (which isn't a currency in this galaxy so it'd just be basically getting shiny rocks), or a bag full of hard currency used in this galaxy (chips).
