Have you been looking for some new CR? Want an excuse to friend someone on plurk? Have a cool idea for a thing in the game but aren't sure whether or not anyone would be interested? Just want to find another character who likes making snide remarks about cute little chickens painted on rustic terra-cotta pottery? NOW IS THE TIME.

THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE:

I was actually going to hit you up because Panem needs more spy-friends and also maybe some redemption-friends. He's only recently come back into being a person and less of a 'use people as tools for 13' tool thanks to the Sam Wilson in his game, but bad habits are hard to break. Also killing all those children in his arena. It's fun.


In short: I think they could be awesome, let's throw some stuff at the wall and see what sticks.
