Hello! I'm Kate, new to the game, and bringing in an AU Steve who fell off a train in the Alps instead of Bucky Barnes. Bucky went on to become Captain America. Steve went on to survive the fall, develop amnesia, and get found by HYDRA. Who thought this was great.

He's coming in several months after his world's version of CA: TWS and is going to be very paranoid and aloof, although he may not outwardly show that. His permissions and info will be updated/available soon and I can be reached on plurk and PM for plotting or chat.

And second of the Winter Soldier variety, although he'll expect it to be a bit different just like Cap!Bucky is a bit different than the last one he knew. Also that was a really long time ago, so his memories of it are fuzzy.
