Canon update!

Sup folks! Seen as I've finally sat down and read through the Avatar continuation comics (thanks, Babs), I'm making good on my promise to canon update Sokka. From today, he'll be in a cryosleep for a couple of days, and when he wakes up he'll be updated three years later, from the end of The Rift trilogy, during the spirit festival.
