Hello all. My name is Shiny and I have brought you the non-swimmer from the swimming anime. Shigino Kisumi from Free! is actually as basketball player who is friends with most of the cast through past schooling. He's a pretty, bluntly-worded issue with a thing for clinging to people and being handsy. If you become friends with him, it is an open invitation to cling and lean. He's a pretty nice and caring guy, but will lie and do what's best for the group (unless you're Sousuke and his habit becomes 'let's tell all of his secrets').

Kisumi has a communications augment, which is clearly the greatest idea.
