+1 Pirate Swordsman

Hello, everyone!! Fresh meat coming in.

My name is Roxy and I am bringing to you the World's Greatest Swordsman(tm) of the One Piece canon - Dracule Mihawk! I was forced kicking and screaming here by our resident Nami (don't believe her if she says anything, she is a dirty, dirty liar) and I am excited to play with you all!!

Mihawk is, as stated above, a swordsman...but he will be lacking his black blade, Yoru, upon arrival, which he will be none too happy about. This wouldn't be an issue if he weren't already surly as is. A little stoic and very straight-faced and serious, Mihawk's not the easiest to get along with. He's blunt and honest and kind of rude at times depending on the situation. All my gomens.

He's big on the strength of one's ambition and drive to succeed and he absolutely despises laziness and unmotivated people. He's coming in with the Security Augment given his knowledge of swords and the numerous kinds of styles of swordplay. Just...don't expect him to save your ass from trouble right off the bat. Yugot into that mess, you can get yourself out of it.

Anyway, I might throw up a post for him tomorrow since real life obligations have me waking up early tomorrow to drive my parents to the airport. If work doesn't eat me after, expect to see him grumping around. I'm so excited to meet and play with everyone, so please hit me up on plurk anytime to plot or just talk. c: MelonFlavored

Don't worry, Mihawk only shows up for bits and pieces through the manga/anime considering he's a bit of a side character (which seems to be my character preference, ahahaa...). He's certainly special in that he'snot a villain but also not quite an ally either. He's definitely neutral ground for the main party. :B

BUT BACK ON TRACK YES HELLO. I LOVE NATASHA. Sadly my knowledge of Marvel is exceptionally small - from what I've seen of the movies alone, in fact...and I've only seen a sparse few where Natasha shows up. |D;; so I'm a teensy bit canonblind on that front, but gosh do I adore her either way and am looking forward to these two interacting.

Basically I just want badass women in my life it's all I ask for. I am a simple dog.

I will feel less bad about being canonblind, then, haha! I don't expect anyone to know a ton about Nat, either, it's cool! At the moment she's basically 1000% done with being stuck on the Marsiva with eight million people so she's not exactly cheery, but that can also make for fun CR. And honestly I just want her to be friends with a pirate, ok. :D Let's do the thing.

It's kinda difficult for both parties, lmfao, because for each series you have to slog through a metric ton of the canon (episodes, movies, chapters, etc.) to get what you want regarding these two, since things kinda mesh and you see bits and pieces of important things sometimes decades later. AH LENGTHY CANONS...

Mihawk just got here and he is 1000% done, tbqh. He wants his sword back. 8( They can be grumps together, but Mihawk is kinda a slow simmer than a heated boil, if you understand my stupid metaphor. Griping at him won't get much of a rise other than maybe a glare or a sneer.

Lengthy Canon is the reason I have never actually done an app for several 616 characters, haha. How much do I not want to write out comic book history...

They can both quietly snark and be crotchety old people at each other (and everyone else) then, haha. It'll be great.
