'SUP DRIFTERS, this is Rae (truthvalue's player) trying again with a second character. May I please present Beyond Birthday from the ridiculous Death Note's equally ridiculous spinoff novel Another Note. He is a lying liar who lies and he'll be joining with an engineering augment, so I hope whichever ship gets him enjoys having stuff constantly taken apart. c':
A bit about B: he is an obsessive genius who trained to be a superdetective and then decided nah, serial murder was more his style. He'll be using the alias Ryuzaki while he's here, until such time as someone is able to out his real identity.
He is also a huge asshole. Sorry I'm not more sorry.

I also have two permissions posts; one includes an opt-out for some of the more gruesome aspects of B's personality, and the other has to do with B's ability to see a live person's name and natural lifespan (i.e., what's known in Death Note canon as shinigami eyes).
I am, as always, available for your plotting and general chatter needs on Plurk at ventose! And I look forward to throwing this huge loser into the mix.
