I am bringing in my first character here, Horatio Hornblower! He is from the movie series Hornblower and from the end of one arc and the beginning of another, aka right before the Peace of Amiens has ended. Which means he's had his promotion to commander disallowed, playing cards for a living, and generally just frustrated with everything. As he usually is.

But he's a good officer and definitely knows how to handle ships! Even if he'll have to adjust to the augment and space instead of the sea.
