Friends, unfortunately it looks like it's time for me to let Simon go here. I was going to give it til the end of October, but I've been thinking more and more about it, and I think this is the right decision. I've run out of steam with him in this setting and have been having trouble trying to find something to drive and motivate him in the absence of a River, which is something a character like Simon really needs. This in turn has made it more and more difficult to find the motivation to tag out with him, and when I get to the "struggling to make AC a few months in a row" point, that means it's a good sign that I need to drop.

He's had a good long run in this game, and thank you to everyone I've had threads with and who's let him doctor them.

I'll still be around with Jennifer, Castle and Alphonse- and who knows, maybe I'll find another 4th character to fill the slot.
