Hello, Drift Fleet! This is Lysoke bringing in a second character ~~because the first is an angst train that keeps on chugging~~.

This is Bridge Carson from Power Rangers S.P.D. (Space Patrol Delta) He's a toast-loving and sociable person who likes to tinker and upgrade everything he can. He has a genius-level intellect but because of his powers, he's a little scatterbrained and has a hard time not speaking in run-on sentences. Or explaining things in succinct ways. Or really getting the idea as to when he should shut up. But he's sweet as fuck and likes everyone as long as you're not a Bad Guy doing Bad Things.

Due to science stuff from before he was born, his DNA got messy and he was born with powers no one else had. He's essentially a psychic, but his powers are energy-based, so he picks up on everyone's emotions at all times. He can also read people's auras (like in that gif up there) and basically get all the info he'd ever need about a person; their emotional state, their morality alignment, what they might be about to do next. He even has a slight level of precognition to his powers, mostly in the form of dreams.

He's a little ridiculous when all the other Ranger's powers are like 'walk through shit' and 'make barriers' and the like.

Anyway, because of his powers, he has a permission's post I'd really appreciate people filling out for when he's near your character. His powers are concentrated in his hands, so he wears gloves at all times to avoid touching people and to dampen his power's effects, but it's not a perfect solution.

Last things of note: Despite being a crime fighter/power ranger, Bridge is coming in with an Engineer augment since that's his passion. Also, Bridge is one of those special snowflake rangers who ends up having more than one color. He goes from Green to Blue to Red, but his current canon point he's the Blue Ranger, so please forgive all his green icons, the change was recent.
