Caught up, hopefully!
Hi team! We mentioned this on plurk, but here's an update for the whole game.
We'd again like to thank everyone who has endured our slow responses to mod questions over the last month. You've all been incredibly patient and wonderful about it, and we can't thank you enough.
Because we normally have questions coming in from several different places (events, the details post, plurk, journal messages, etc.), some of them get bounced around a little before they make it to the right inbox. When Stick went on vacation in August, this bouncing didn't happen like it normally does, and our whole usual system of question-answering kind of fell apart on us. A bunch of messages piled up very quickly, and some got entirely lost in the mess.
But! Since then, we have been working on a much better way to filter things, and we're pretty sure our new system has our notifications now automatically going to the right places. And it has taken us a while, but as of now, we think we have finally tracked down and caught up on all of the pending mod questions that had been waiting for an answer. If you have a question that's still lying unanswered somewhere, please do reply to this post and let us know!
Otherwise, thank you again for being patient while we improve the game bit-by-bit, Drift Fleet!
