+1 Angry, Angry Man

 Greetings and salutations! It has been a while since I had to write one of these, so allow me to start by saying I am greatly delighted to be here and look forward to getting up to shenanigans with my angry twig man. Psycho Mantis is a favorite character of mine and I like exploring what he does when he's not allowed to be his usual violent sort due to circumstances out of his control. Like being trapped on a spaceship.

As one might imagine, his powers are as useful as they are tricky to get around in an RP setting, so I welcome any conversations regarding his telepathy and psychokinesis as I go along with the flow of this comm. I'll likely be making my first post either tonight or on Sunday, so there's that, and I look forward to meeting the rest of the crew of the SS Bishop and other vessels.

My dad played a lot of those games for a while before Final Fantasy dragged him back into the fold. Never forgot all the zombies.

They were my jam as a kid -- both, actually. PSX is truly the greatest system imho. I probably shouldn't have been playing them that young, but I probably shouldn't have been watching F13th or Hellraiser before I hit pre-teens.

Eyy, welcome to the game! I'm Saint, and I play the giant alien battle-tank full of anger known as Looma Red Wind! She's also the ship's captain, because everyone aboard is just that unlucky even though she will aggressively Mama Bear over all of them

Oh, and Mantis'd be allowed to be plenty violent! Looma doesn't micromanage. She just wants it kept off the ship and away from the crew.

Also it'd be super hypocritical of her to yell at anyone for being violent, she'd just expect not to have a few dozen Space Police show up at her door. It'd be inconvenient (and probably expensive).

Oh my gawd, she's gorgeous. And tall. And RED. He'll be completely blindsided by her between her appearance and her being an alien. All things considered, a fighting minded leader will be nothing new for him, so that will probably make it easier to accept.

He would greatly appreciate her not minding his more volatile habits. They're a part of who he is no matter how he's feeling about them.
