[Justice knows of the place because it affects sections of the Fade a lot with all its blood magic and tormented slaves, although he can't be sure how much of the Fade is affected by the direct actions of Tevinters and how much is affected just of other people's impressions of what Tevinters do. Also, he's pretty sure that 'magister' is a Tevinter title.]
