THE FALL TEST DRIVE MEME
(Or Spring Test Drive for you Southern Hemisphere folks!)
Got someone you want to try out before you app? Well this is the post for it! Feel free to use anything that fits in the setting of Drift Fleet! Want to play bumper shuttles? Want to go wild in a med bay? Play around with the current plot? Have at it!
Threads from the Test-Drive may be made game "canon" but DO NOT count toward AC!
FOR NEW PLAYERS: You DO NOT NEED an invite to participate in the TEST DRIVE! If you decide to APP into the game, ONLY THEN will you need an invite from a current player!
Helpful Info for Ideas!:

[This is probably bad. Probably. She's taken stock of herself - still has her armor and cloak, but no weapons. The ship isn't one she recognizes, and as it tilts Caelin braces herself. She doesn't leave the room she woke up in the entire time she's flying, doesn't go to greet anyone. Eventually, she feels it rock as it goes to dock, a sensation that makes her stomach roll but she'll deal with it.
God she hates space travel.
She's eager to get off the ship once it's docked and cleared to open the bay doors; Caelin steps out and takes in the scene. It's open, crowded, other ships docking close by. Not at all something she's familiar with outside of the Tower.
She stops someone walking by, helmet under one arm.]
What planet is this. And where are my weapons.
B. Parkour
[The whole place looks like what she has vague memories of from before everything and what she imagines the Tower was like in the Golden Age. Caelin stops at a couple of booths, remembering to take her helmet off so she doesn't scare anyone.
But eventually she does have to put it on; she wants a better vantage point to see the layout of everything and what's going on. Without a second thought, Caelin hops up, jumping sporadically up the sides of buildings to the rooftops. While she doesn't slip or fall, the sudden action causes some small commotions here and there even as she goes from rooftop to rooftop.]
It's not the Tower, that's for sure.
C. Wildcard
[If you'd like something specific, go for it!]
B!
Okay, she has to know.
So she follows her on the ground as she bounds from rooftop to rooftop, and once she gets to the end of a row of buildings, Jayden will stand at the bottom and look straight up at her. ]
Hey. Hunter.
[ Worth a shot. ]

It's not until they speak that Caelin looks down and acknowledges them.]
What?
[... And their Ghost.]
Where did you find that Ghost.
[yeah, she'll be more polite in a minute, but priorities.]
no subject
It's mine. Found him again a few planets back. [ Long, weird-ass story. ] So you are a Hunter. A Guardian.
[ She's actually cracking a little bit of a smile. ]

...Guardian. [She can tell, even if she hadn't given herself away asking about her being a Hunter and without the Ghost.]
You're the only one I've seen. Where are the others?
