[Good. It definitely feels good. And while there had been some thought along the lines of just one more kiss, that quickly falls to the wayside when he kisses her back like that. She doesn't want to stop and can't quite commit to really starting. To taking it somewhere else or crossing new boundaries, but she kisses him with all the wanting and need. Maybe the ship will catch on fire to make all of this easier to manage.]

[The passion behind her kisses gives strength to Vash's nerves and squashes some of his concerns.

This time when his hands slip under her shirt they take the slow trail up her back, but then deviate. One well calloused and scared hand on her left side and one smooth hand on her right trace their way around the bottom edge of her bra. Thumbs working in a circular motion as he goes.

He moves slow and careful. Giving her the choice to stop him at any moment. Hoping that she won't as he continues to kiss.]

[Silly squished concerns! Those were so valid. Come back here! Inflate! Kitty's doubts seem to be taking a nap since neither their exposed location or the fact she's going this far with a man she co-captains and lives with whose first time it is while she's still very deeply in love with Winn doesn't seem to register a problem at the moment. Did that make sense? Does any of this make sense? No, probably not because if anything is bothering her right now it's that he's taking too much time when she just wants more of his touch!

She places one of her hands over his organic one, not to stop him, but to guide him into more direct contact over the bra for the moment though it may hit the floor soon.]

[He's still learning and he can guess he has a lot to learn. There is no protest whatsoever when she guides his hand. He's not ashamed to take direction and hints to what she wants and likes.

Once in position he experiments a bit. Different amount of pressure, different motions with his fingers, and even his speed. Seeing if he could get the same type of sound he got when he first kissed that spot on her neck. He would know he was on the right track then.]

[She's just being impatient because time to stop and think is only dangerous here! She might do something like talk herself out of feeling this good! There's nothing wrong with what he's doing and considering it's his first time of course he'd want to take his time and figure things out and enjoy himself. [She'll probably get at least a little bit of metal no matter where she squeezes there. Although it's clear there's still enough skin with feeling for him to notice. If the way he chuckles with pleasure between his kisses when she squeezes is any indication.

While he is by no means displeased with the reaction his hands are getting he still feels he can do better. His fingers dance their way up the straps. His thumb making soft, circular motions around her neck and collar bone as he gets to the top before he starts to slide the strap down her shoulder.

It is a little awkward what he tries to do. He's never taken a bra off before. Let alone in a 'sexy' way under a shirt. The romance novels all make it sound so easy!]

[She likes it. The kissing, the touches, the feel of his body warm and real and pressed against her. It's good, but they both have struggles in this world. Him with the bra under the shirt. Her with the body armor. There's one thing that would make it all a lot easier if she has the courage—or is it foolishness—to say...]

Take me to your room? [It's whispered, but it sounds so loud. It makes it all real in a way that somehow grinding against him in the kitchen wasn't. It opens up the possibility that the whole thing will come collapsing down as they reach their senses and the possibility that there will be nothing left to stop them. It's exciting and it makes her nervous.]

[YES!! Is want he wants to shout. Wanting that more than he ever thought was possible before now. Having just enough wits left to not bring more attention to what they were up to in this place he was suddenly acutely aware of how public it really was.]

Alright. [He whispers back right before he moves his hands down to scoop her effortless up into his arms. His movements are swift and he doesn't struggle in the slightest to lift her. Yet he trembles. Not from her weight as he easily starts to stride down the hall, but from long pent up excitement and nervousness. Part of him can't believe what he was doing and if he was back home he would have likely shot down these feelings long before.

Good thing he wasn't home. He kisses her closest bit of exposed skin as he carries her. That helps to banish any pesky thoughts trying to wiggle their way back into his head about how crazy this is and what would be forever changed if he didn't stop now.

[She was not expecting a ride. Possibly because her last two lovers would have struggled with doing something like this. In another frame of mind she would have wanted to re-exert control and to phase out of his grip. As it is, this is somehow perfect. It prevents it from being some awkward walk of shame and turns it into something sexy and kind of adorable at the same time. Vash is a good man. The kind of good man who she'd never want to take advantage of or hurt and thank god he's kissing her neck again because this is too much thinking.]

Can't believe you chose me over your jacket. [ABANDONED! As abandoned as the harmonica. Maybe the jacket and harmonica will find each other and form a bond over their mutual loss.]

[He laughs into her skin at the thought. His nose rubbing up against her as he tries to not be too loud until they get to his room.] I can get it later. Let the crew think I've gone mad and running around the ship naked.

[Had he gone mad? He didn't care as he shifts Kitty's weight into his left arm as he opens his bedroom door. Possibly unintentionally showing off how strong he actually is.]

Okay, it has been awhile since she was so easily held by someone. It was definitely a big thing with her and Piotr. It always made her feel safe with him. I mean, he also killed her, but details... She isn't thinking about that now. Or really about Piotr at all or Winn or anyone in between. At least she's trying not to think about Winn. She kisses his neck as he works on the practicality of getting them inside.]

No. Not re-Ah!![That kiss felt SO good!]-really! I just thought it would be funny! [He might just have naked thoughts on his mind if he was being honest.

He couldn't keep holding her in one arm for too long. Long enough to get them into his room before setting her down on his bed.

[Now that they were here what he really wanted was to shove her down and kiss her in all the places he's never seen on Kitty before, but he resists. It was manifesting in a physical hurt to pause like this. Even if it was a first time for him he had the feeling this was moving really fast. Vash needed to know he at least gave one last chance for her to say no. No to the fact he wasn't Winn. No to his hideous scars. No to the baggage that being with Vash the Stampede could bring.]

[And there he did it. He went and asked the question. But it's not that she really has to stop and think. She knows what her honest answer is. She just doesn't know how he'll take it.] I'm sure I want to. [Clearly. So clearly. Softer.] I'm also pretty sure it's a bad idea. [You know, not now, but eventually. She says it while touching him, tracing her hand down his arm. None of her doubts are about him.]

You? [It's his first time. That seems like a bigger deal to her or maybe it's just because she doesn't want to think about how she might feel afterward, so it's easier to focus on him.]

[Vash can't help himself but to chuckle.] All my ideas are bad ones, this shouldn't be any different. [He jests, but he understands what she means. That's for future!Vash to worry about.

He tries to swallow, but suddenly finds his mouth dry as he runs his tongue over his lips.] Honestly? I'm a little nervous. I don't want to hurt you.

[At least not physically. This will probably hurt emotionally later. Future!Vash was likely to be rather upset with him later.]

Same. [To all of it. And instead of making her want to back out it makes her feel better about going forward with it. After all, if they are both most worried about each other it can't be that bad, right? At least that's what she's decided as she leans in to kiss him again, tenderly. The hunger is all still there, but she's pushing it down for the moment to be more present.

Future Kitty and Future Vash can take care of themselves, right?]

[Vash returns her kiss. Enjoying the kiss for nearly a full minute before he starts to pull her shirt off. Seeing as he doesn't have any nifty powers to just automatically take clothes off.]

[It's a fun power, but sometimes she prefers the old-fashioned ways best. That way she gets to feel his hands skimming over her body and the notes of urgency in wanting to see and touch more of her in his movements. Being wanted is an intoxicated feeling. Maybe that's why it's so easy to make questionable choices. But with the choice made she's all too happy to assist by lifting her arms and then wrapping them around him as she presses closer.]

[His heart beats faster when the shirt is off and he sees the skin underneath. His organic right hand spreads out over her stomach to gently rub it's way back up her body.

When she wraps her arms around him that's when he starts kissing. Both arms sliding behind her to get that pesky bra off next.

How do these things work? A button? Clip? Thing? In an attempt to cheat and hide the momentary struggle he starts kissing the spot on Kitty's neck he knows she likes. It won't take him too long to figure out the right motion, but it will take a couple tries.]

[She's so close to giving him the cheat code for bra removal when he pulls his own cheating move and all thoughts flee with him on her neck again. There is something charming about the way he struggles with the bra in the midst of the more heated kissing though. Her palms press in against his body armor and then she makes a sound that's half laughing and have moaning at the way he kisses her neck.] Okay, okay. Don't do anything distracting for like five seconds. [A little breathless.]

Hm? [Vash questions with his mouth full. For a moment he stops kissing to chuckle close to her ear.] I was told women will ask for the impossible.

[Still he stops as requested.]

[Okay, that warm breath against her ear is not undistracting, but she smirks in return.] I'm concerned about your sources. [And with that she closes her eyes for a moment and then gives his chest a sharp shove. But it's a shove—remarkably—that he won't feel except in the way that armor which had covered much of his body will suddenly be dropping to the floor below, leaving a whole lot of bare Vash—scars and all. She opens her eyes again, smiling at him.] Maybe he meant women do the impossible. [Time to catch those lips again.]

Heh, possibly. [He's a little nervous that his scars may frighten or disgust her like it has for some people. Then she kisses him again and he knows that she's okay to continue.] I should have learned not to listen to Wolfwood anyway by now. [When he gets his lips back he starts trailing soft kisses down her body. Starting off slow as he starts at her jawline, down her neck, and as he starts to kiss between her breasts he gets faster. He intended to keep going slow, but he starts to get more excited and can't slow down again. Not until he gets to the edge of her pants does he stop his downward trend.]

[Still none of that from her. She does worry about what he's been through in seeing him. She already knows some of the highlights. It hasn't been an easy life. Hopefully tonight is something he'll look back on fondly and not as another kind of scar.]

[The excitement works for her. She likes slow sometimes, but sometimes she just wants to feel everything all at once. This is definitely one of those times. [Kitty will likely feel the wolfish grin that spreads on his face at the suggestion of there being too many clothes. Vash is more than happy to fix the situation. His fingertips gliding down her legs as he slides her pants off. His breathing is getting heavier as he throws her pants off and onto the floor.

Never before has he ever wondered what a toe tastes like. At the risk of her finding it gross he decides today is the day to give into temptation. He pulls off any sock that may be covering her foot and tentatively gives Kitty's big toe an experimental lick. He thinks he remembers reading somewhere that some girls like this.]

[That...that was not anything she was even remotely expecting and honestly, not something anyone else has ever tried before. And if you'd asked if she was interested she would have unequivocally said no. It didn't seem like anything that would feel anything but awkward.

She was wrong. It really does feel like the nerves run almost directly to other sensitive areas. He isn't the only one having a first here.] O-oh!
