+1 Disaster of a Doctor
Hello fleeters!! My name is RJ and I'm bringing you obscure fresh meat, that already comes with it's own lunch bag: the Mad Scientist and Weapon Manufacturer for villains, Doctor Flug of "Villainous."
Villainous has a unique setup in that the entire premise is based on Black Hat Organization selling their products to villains *from other canons*-- mostly from Cartoon Network. Chances are if a bad guy shows up with a weird device with no explanation, that magical mcguffin came from them! It's a dark comedy at its heart, meant to poke fun at super hero cliches "Perhaps if you just attacked the hero instead of waiting for them to transform--" If the potential for canonbleed comes up, I'll let you know, its easy to keep vague if it's not your thing!
Flug IS a villain buuuuut mostly in occupation alone. He might stand on the opposite spectrum moralitywise but he's far too pathetic to actively antagonize anyone. If you're kind to him, he'll eventually return the gesture. If nothing else, you'll get some fun stories out of the guy who had to install those laser sharks in every evil base you've broken into.
