[It's easy to see why Lance is so enamored with the princess. Allura seems so alien, and yet so human at the same time, and she's clearly one of those no-nonsense types that he seems drawn to. Likely because most the women in his life are pretty tough.

The smile makes Veronica smile too, and she relaxes a bit. Time shenanigans or no, that doesn't have to make things too weird now that she knows about it.]

Ah, you think so? I suppose we do look a bit alike. [Honestly, she doesn't really see it? But then it's hard to see something that's always been right in front of your face.]

The pleasure is mine, really. Even if we've met in my past already...well. [She smiles faintly.] I suppose you'll see.

[ Allura feels proud of herself for realizing it (which, really, only came with the admission of Veronica, but there are a few drinks under her at this point). Thankfully Alteans are used to harder stuff. ]

[ Though it is making her a little more chatty than usual. Or perhaps she's just looking for a distraction. This place is both wonderful and terrible at those. ]

[ "Lance said"...ah, more time shenanigans. Those were becoming a little too convenient these quintants. ]

Oh, I see. So we do meet sometime in the future. [ But she accepts that reality rather easily, all things considered. ] Even so, it's wonderful to put a face to a name. Lance speaks of his family and of Earth often. I'm sure he will be glad to know that he is able to see you again in his own future.

[She can't help but laugh a little at that, able to imagine it a little too well. While Veronica hadn't heard that story just yet, she can piece it together.]

[She nods, absently tucking a strand of hair back behind her ear. Allura still seems to be smiling, which is good, and she'll smile too, though she knows what's coming.] Yes, all of the Paladins, including the menagerie you seem to carry with you, make it to Earth.

[ Waking up after 10,000 years, but thinking it was literally 5 seconds prior, is...a confusing experience. Especially when the first thing you see is an Altean-gone-wrong. (Those ears.) ]

That's wonderful. I'm sure he's not the only one who is happy to be back home.

[ Hunk and Pidge, in particular, have expressed interest, although Pidge seemed more to be connected to her family specifically than of Earth in general. ]
