Got someone you want to try out before you app? Well this is the post for it! Feel free to use anything that fits in the setting of Drift Fleet! Want to play bumper shuttles? Want to go wild in a med bay? Play around with the current plot? Have at it!

Threads from the Test-Drive may be made game "canon" but DO NOT count toward AC!

FOR NEW PLAYERS: You DO NOT NEED an invite to participate in the TEST DRIVE! If you decide to APP into the game, ONLY THEN will you need an invite from a current player!

IMPORTANT!!! Per this post, Player Invites are not needed to app to Drift Fleet until the conclusion of the Calibrations plot.

[As Naltryd sunk into the water in happiness, another young woman happened by, settling in as well. She made a contented noise as she settled in as well.]

This is nice, isn't it?

[She glances over, not having noticed someone else in the bath. Normally, that'd be a Bad Thing with a very capital B considering she usually needs to stay alert at all times, but... Well, she'll forgive herself this once.]

It feels incredible. I've only been to one hot spring before, but this surpasses even that.

I've been to one a few times, but this one is definitely way more energizing. It's like there's something in the water.

[Which was glowing, but hey, sure.]

Honestly, I heard there is something about this planet that does that. My whole stay here has been really relaxing. It's left me feeling really good.

[The glowing should probably concern her more than it does, but. When in Doma, do as the Domans do? Even though this is far, far from Doma, the phrase still fits.]

I can hardly think of the last time I was able to relax for more than an evening, honestly. It's...strange.

[Oh boy. By this point in time, Naltryd has quite the resume.]

Full disclosure, first. I don't mean to sound like a braggart about any of this. But, well. Back home, I battle gods, help liberate nations, end wars, and fight against shadowy beings who seek to sow chaos amongst the entire world for their own purposes. I also exterminate vermin and fetch deliveries.

That's okay. I'm getting used to the idea that there are a lot of super hero types around here. [Including herself, but she wasn't quite settled enough to go talking about her secret identity as a Sailor Senshi and Guardian of the Moon Princess.] It seems to be a common theme.
