just what the fuck is happening here
questions meme!!!
Here's how it works:
QUESTIONS CAN BE ANYTHING. Serious or silly as you want! What does Jane think of (x)? What does Sarah have for breakfast? How many times a day does Alex masturbate? What's Tom's dream job? The only limit for questions is your imagination.
Replies can be as monosyllabic or as tl;dr are you want; it's up to you. Go wild kids!

questions meme!!!
Here's how it works:
1. POST a top-level with your character nameWe go back and forth like this asking questions in a thread until one or both of us runs out of questions!
2. REPLY to other people's top-level with a question for the character(s)
3. ANSWER the question you were asked
4. ASK a question of that person's characters in return!

AS FOR THE MONEY QUESTION- that would actually be a no too! While Allen loves food, he is very possessive of his money (it's even written in some author Q&A that part of Allen's morning routine is counting his money) and wouldn't want to splurge it all at once. So he probably bought some snacks, a deck of cards, maybe a pack of cigarettes - and is saving anything that's leftover for later. As much as he complains about the proteins, he's eaten worse in his childhood (yum, 19th century circus stew) - so he'll put up with them. Plus you know, there's a cook on the ship so that makes it a little bit better.

While Allen would never openly admit it, he is crazy conflicted about this whole situation. I mean first and foremost, he is pissed that he has been kidnapped again, especially when it's apparently for the sake of entertainment. The idea that him and his friends are going to be jerked around just for someone's amusement is sickening to him. And that's not even getting into the whole disgust he feels over the augments (because HAHA he has issues with people tampering with his mind for some reason that starts with "N" and ends with "oah"). He hates this bullshit and he wants off this ride with all his friends. That's the part he'll be QUITE open about.
But past that, things get much more complicated because there is part of him that really wants to go home and stop the Earl and exorcise the Akuma. That hasn't changed about him. But the problem is....he comes from a canon point where he had just been stabbed through the stomach with a sword. And if THAT wasn't bad enough, he had just betrayed the Black Order in front of several officials. And if THAT wasn't bad enough, there's the Noah in his brain that is poised to erase him and take over his body at any time.
Which you know, Allen isn't genre savvy enough to realize he has main protagonist immunity. Add the fact a Lenalee in Paradisa had told him he hasn't been heard from in 3 months back home-- and he can pretty much conclude one way or another he's so damn dead if he goes home. And that sucks a lot when you don't want to die!
And if that shit wasn't complicated enough- let's throw in the fact he technically hasn't been on Earth for more than a couple months at a time in seven years. Instead, he's been at Paradisa for those seven years! Which is the longest he's spent anywhere. He grew up there! He made so many good memories there! Yuan, Crowley and Ino? He's known longer than almost all his castmates! So it's no surprise there's part of his heart that considers Paradisa home over his homeworld. It honestly upsets him to hear from his friends that he had left. I mean, he likes to think he's upset because he never got to beat the castle and that he left behind his friends (and that IS true to some extent) - but there is part of him that is feeling like he lost his home all over again.
But you know, who the hell is gonna admit they might find a soul-noming castle to be home? Not Allen Walker, that's who.
And there's also you know the part, where even if he hates the Drift Fleet- he can't deny it's nice he got reunited with some of his closest friends and oh yeah- they were nice enough to stop the 14th. HE HATES YOU GUYS BUT...THANKS FOR THAT HE GUESSES.
SO ALL IN ALL...Allen knows he doesn't like being in the Drift Fleet, and plans to try to find a way off this boat-- but once he gets past that step he has noooo idea what to do. I mean literally this is his plan right now:
> Get him and his friends out of the Drift Fleet
> ??????
> Find a permanent cure from the 14th memories
> ???????
> ???????
> Beat Earl??
> ????????
> ????????
> Actually finish medical schooling??
> ????????
> PROFIT.
This is actually 100% serious.
So yes it's...complicated! All in all, Allen tries not to think about it too much BECAUSE It's so complicated and full of emotions he much rather deny having. Because that's just how crazy people cope I guess. idk, i hope I'm able to tackle this whole thing with him one day in this game. THAT IS MY DREAM.
