Short answer-- LOOSE HER SHIT

Long answer, probably be really scared at first. Since she never got deets from Kallen before she left, she doesn't know Bro's true intentions and considers it a possibility that he might still be looking for her as a prisoner of war. She'd probably avoid him, and let her crew know that she has plans to avoid him as much as possible. She'd not make unfiltered posts, all that jazz.

BUT, She loves her bro a whole lot, even though she has all these complicated feelings towards him right now. in her heart of hearts, she wants him to prove her wrong. So she'd be watching his communications carefully, and it would probably be easy for him to find out that she's here. If he insisted on meeting she would accept (in a cold stand-offish way). And if they ever did meet, she'd probably end up holding his hand (if he let her). If he tried to keep up his charade, then it would be tough and she'd be really sad and concerned pretty much all the time, but if she found out she would probably transfer to his ship ASAP and be like, BRO WHYYYYYYYYYYY ;;
