The Elders let alone the rest of the Orokin treated us as demons and monsters. They met a fitting end. Besides you are Tenno too. He would've killed you as soon as he was done with the rest of us. Where's the honor in that?

[c0nsequences]

There is honor in the balance of power, which the Tenno deliberately obstruct. Let the Corpus and Grineer fight their own wars. There's no need to be their tool as well.

[tennohno]

To hell with balance when it comes to them. The Grineer have been preying on the colonies for decades and the Corpus feed off the profit of war. To think you were like me and the others. Yet you sit there with all bark like a kubrow begging for their trimmings while we do the actual work in the system.

[c0nsequences]

Begging? Your Cephalon begged for you. I do not beg. I know actual "work," as you call it.

[Combat. Yes, he knows this. He punches the Tenno in the face to prove it.]

[tennohno]

[The hit should be expected but not the idea of Ordis begging in front of this man. He closes the distance to snatch ahold of his throat and left him from the ground.]

You leave him out of this. [How does it feel to be the one choking now, Stalker? A low growl leaving him.] Is that clear?

[c0nsequences]

[The Stalker lashes out, striking the inside of the Tenno's elbow and forcing his grip to break. It hurts considerably more out of armor than he had expected. Groaning loudly, he doesn't stumble back but sprints forward to tackle the Tenno.]

[tennohno]

[He waves off the pain in his elbow as a mild nuisance before having to brace himself for the tackle, locking his legs and core to catch the Stalker. Another grunt then he's throwing the man across the room. Space between the pair of them.

He was not going to make this easy. Not for a single moment. There was too much at stake.]

[c0nsequences]

[Predictable. He rolls to absorb the force of his landing. Jumping to his feet before he hits the couch, he launches himself at the Tenno once more.

Oh, how he misses his throwing knives now.]

[tennohno]

[This was the same song and dance that they've done since the Tenno had woken up from the first dream. Him going after the Tenno's throat and with lessening rates of success each time. Now it was merely almost like a sparring match.

He catches him once more but this time rolling with the force in order to pin the man to the ground. An arm barring across his chest to prevent any chances of escape. He would surely have bruises after this.

Maybe lie to Ordis about them having been from training. Surely it'd be better if he didn't tell the truth over this.]

[c0nsequences]

[The Stalker thrashes, trying to get free. Heaving upward with his lower body, he tries to knock the Tenno off him.

He is going to die here, cornered by his own prey in this strange place. He's...oddly at peace with that idea.]

[tennohno]

[The Tenno wrinkles his nose at the effort and merely waits until the struggling has weakened some before relenting and kicking the opposing party away from him. He was not going to kill on his ship.

He would not be like the Stalker.]

If you know what's best, I'd go with staying away from me. Ordis as well. [Rolling back onto his feet, he glares down at him.] If you harm him, I will rip out your throat and watch you choke on your own blood.

[c0nsequences]

[This isn't finished. The Stalker surges to his feet and attacks once again. Never mind these idle threats, the warnings against this "Ordis." The Stalker does as he pleases.]

[tennohno]

[He's done playing around and blocks the attacks as they come before finally relenting to clock the other in the face. Warmth gushes onto his hand and he shakes it clean, uncaring of the red that is splattered across his knuckles. Besides he could show more concern over the cut on his lip, running his tongue over it briefly.]

Are you done?

[c0nsequences]

[It's been a long time since his nose was last broken. The pain is unfamiliar and blinding. Again he regrets the absence of his helmet.

Should he run? Save this fight for another time?

He'll never be done. He'll just...have to catch the Tenno by surprise some other time.]

[tennohno]

[This fight was not going to be pursued anymore than it should be. He proved his point by breaking something so he turns away in order to head for the open corridor. Better things could be done with his time.]

[c0nsequences]

[The Stalker struggles to his feet. One hand rises to tentatively stem the flow of blood, but that hurts even worse.]

Why won't you kill me?

[tennohno]

Because there's no honor in killing an opponent that can't defend himself well nor am I like you. I do not kill others like me. I am not a sentient or Orokin.

[c0nsequences]

We are Tenno. What are we made for, if not to kill?

[tennohno]

Protecting. Following the ways that we were taught. We should be above the sentients and not thirsting for each other's blood. [However he would gladly spill the other's if he heard of any ill being shown to the cephalon.]

[c0nsequences]

Protection. Killing. We were taught to do both in one stroke. By the Sentients, did you forget?

[tennohno]

No, we taught each other that. The schools were founded by Tenno, not by anyone else or have you forgotten so much? [To be honest he only recently learned about all of this prior to being transported here but still.] The Sentients wanted to destroy us and everyone.

Destruction is not always the correct path.

[c0nsequences]

In their schools, yes. But school is only one teacher.

Or did you sleep so long that you forgot that?

[tennohno]

There was more than one school. Zenurik. Naramon. Madurai. Unairu. Vazarin. More than one teacher. There were also the masters. Multiple venues to learn.

[However he glares at him.] I was forced to forget. There's a difference. Myself nor my cephalon know things because of decisions others made without our input.

[c0nsequences]

Be grateful you don't remember. Some of us didn't find peace in sleep.

[tennohno]

I found nothing in that sleep. All that occurred was nightmares before being woken to a torn apart Earth and system.
