What they are like: She's from the darkest timeline canon AU back in 1995 Age of Apocalypse. She also has almost 7 years of CRAU (which she thinks was 1 year because 7:1 game) at an underwater prison which was much nicer than her canon. She's got some PTSD but she's also tough, protective, and caring. She's a hero even if she feels uncomfortable applying that word to herself.
Looking for: Anything and everything. I always like seeing what develops.

JENNIFER KELLER

Characters: Jennifer Keller
What they are like: Jennifer's from the good ship Wonderduck and is from a very tropey sci-fi canon, so by this point there's little in the Fleet that can faze her. She's a medical officer and is very confident in the infirmary, but outside of it she can be shy, socially awkward, lack self-confidence and have difficulty approaching others. However, she is a good friend and good at being a listening ear when needed.
Looking for: Jennifer has been offering (handwaved) first-aid lessons to anybody willing to learn, and she's been starting to gather medical supplies to make first-aid stations/supply caches around the Iskaulit, so anybody wanting to help with that would be great. Also, just more friends and more connections in general.
Notes: I got some good crit not too long ago about Jennifer's posts/starters sometimes being difficult to reply to if you're not existing CR. If that is ever the case, please do not hesitate to poke me; I can rewrite things to give more substance or hooks if needed. SIMON TAM

Characters: Simon Tam
What they are like: Simon is the Bloodsport's doctor. He seems very serious and distant on the surface; he's been through a lot in his life and very guarded. However, he's a loyal friend and a consummate professional, and he's gotten to the point where he's "ah, ok, that sounds 100% plausible" about anything wacky that comes up in the Fleet. He also has a sarcastic sense of humor that rears its head every now and then. Simon is very very good at what he does and is available for any doctoring or checkup needs.
Looking for: Simon has been quietly investigating and seeing what he can find out about the whole "you've been abducted for a reality show" thing, because he's quite skeptical about Atroma's story. So anyone willing to help him or even compare notes and discuss the nature of their existence on the Fleet would be great. He also needs to reach out more to people as a person rather than just as a doctor. He's been feeling a little empty lately because outside of doctoring and in the absence of his mentally ill sister River (for whom he's the primary caretaker) he feels like he doesn't have much to drive him.

RICHARD CASTLE

Characters: Richard Castle
What they are like: Castle is the Windrose's almighty janitor and space dad. He's a very friendly, outgoing person who's a famous author back home, so he is very much into playing it up for the cameras, since he's used to being a celebrity. He also helped the NYPD solve cases back home, and is pretty good at obfuscating stupidity (ie hiding his intelligence behind a smokescreen of ditzy cluelessness). Castle has a big heart and is kind, generous and loyal, especially to his shipmates.
Looking for: Castle is going to be setting up fluff slug races on this planet and otherwise getting into trouble with the help of his cleaning bots Cameron, Leopardon, Robocop and Sir Dirtslayer. Said bots are smarter than the average droid thanks to The Vision's influence, but aren't sentient either. Otherwise, just friends and kids to be a space dad to.

ALPHONSE ELRIC

Characters: Alphonse Elric
What they are like: Alphonse is the Vanquish's security officer. He is a sweet teenage boy who is kind to everybody and loves animals. He is also a formidable alchemist and martial artist, since he and his brother worked for the military and fought against the big bad for most of their canon.
Looking for: Sparring partners. Al is also fascinated by magic and technology from others' worlds and loves discussing them and comparing and contrasting them to his own alchemy. He can also use his alchemy to create stuff (such as the staff for Hawke he made recently) and repair things.
Notes: Al's alchemy involves the deconstruction and reconstruction of matter into new forms. He doesn't use it on living beings, but he's becoming better at building tools and furniture and the like for others. Also, Al spent some years detached from his flesh and blood body; his body was nearly starved when his soul came back to it, and even after two years of recovery, sometimes he tires easily and needs the aid of a cane or a crutch to walk.

Characters: Hank McCoy
What they are like: Hank is from the XMCU post both movies as well as post-kyriakos; tl;dr the world got destroyed, his soul got shattered, and he had to go to another realm in order to restore both that and home, while being amnesiac. Fun times were had.

He's an incredibly awkward and nerdy mutant with a bucket of issues pertaining to the latter, although he's slowly working through those. He's also well-meaning and kind and likes making friends, once he gets over the fact that no one gives a darn what he is. He's Captain of the Blameless (insert 12 hour laught track) as well as lab support, and will happily take on any project given to him, because distractions are great. Currently dating Raven Darkholme.
Looking for: Any kind of CR is great CR, though I would love him to meet someone who isn't okay with him being a mutant. It doesn't have to be particularly negative but if that's your jam I'm down too. People who'll support him and help him with his issues are also great! I'm very open to anything and love to see where things go naturally, but plotting things out is also awesome. Bullies always welcome, especially if they're the teenage girl-type. He has a tradition to uphold.

As an aside, he's part of Winn's lecturing series and will eventually give one on genetics, if your character would be interested in it!

What they are like: Meg is from Supernatural! She's a demon who was really bad, but is now kinda good, and that sucks but what can you do with the cards you're dealt? She's allied with the Winchesters, more or less, and that extends here to Drift Fleet because what the hell else is she supposed to do?

She's a sassy and sarcastic bitch with a lot of charm, and has no problems speaking her mind. She has a snarky comeback for everything, and usually some manner of pop culture reference to go with it. Despite being a Lucifer loyalist she is loyal to the Winchesters, believe it or not, because she might be a bitch, but she's also someone who keeps her word. As long as it works out for her, that is.
Looking for: Considering Meg is a demon, I'm totally open to all the negative CR you can toss at me. Try to kill her! Try to exorcise her! Call her names! She'll find it cute and find a way out of it because she's on her best behavior. People who don't care/other supernatural folk are also always welcome, as well as people who are part of the Dead Back Home club.

What they are like: Tempest is an OC! She's a half-elf mage and former mercenary currently caught up in a plot to unlock the doors to another realm. Oh, and she and her group were tricked for the last year about it and she's maybe just a tiny bit mad about that. She's also post-kyriakos.

Tempest is stubborn and prone to anger quickly, as well as a product of her world beating her down into someone wary and mistrusting of others. But getting past that you'll find a person who genuinely cares and doesn't want to be alone. She has a lot of issues that she's only just recently started working through, so while it may be a bit hard to get through at first, once you do you've earned yourself a loyal friend. . . . who is still an asshole but she's a NICE asshole.
Looking for: She was just accepted this month so anything and everything! Other witches/mages/wizards or other elves/high fantasy/medieval folk especially, since she's very much out of her element being here. Like with the other two, I'm also always down for negative CR, especially if you want petty, stupid rivalry nonsense - this is your girl. She can be super petty and bratty and will run a grudge into the ground and out the other side of the world.

Underneath it all, she's a good person with a pretty damaged moral compass and a strong vein of pragmatism.

Generally speaking, she's a friendly, polite young woman that's a little bit scarred.
