Have you been looking for some new CR? Want an excuse to friend someone on plurk? Have a cool idea for a thing in the game but aren't sure whether or not anyone would be interested? Notes: Totally open to friending whoever, whether we have CR now or are looking to get CR later! My plurk usually contains work, tag plurks, general rp things, dragon age and a slew of RL and fandom things depdning on what's going on. Usually I just end up creeping around in other people's plurks.

Characters: Anders
What they are like: Cat-loving mage and First Mate of the Three Twins, usually selfless and caring but also known to be a giant asshat tool at times. Kinda blew up his world's version of a church to insight change for the opression of mages, still working through that one. He was possessed by a spirit of justice for the last ten years, but thinks to Allen, he's just himself now. He's working through that one too since he doesn't quite know what it means anymore.

Looking for: I'd love for Anders to have more friends because he sucks at making them! But, he sucks at making them and can definitely rub people the wrong way, so enemies are also welcome!

What I'm looking for development-wise is Anders figuring out who he is now that Justice is gone and he's only going to do that with time and conversations, so what I'd like are: people with patience, people he can tease or snark with to remind him he has a sense of humor and maybe some people he can take care of so he has something to put his focus on. Or magic. Magic friends are definitely a plus! ~~Or if your character hates magic, that's an easy way to get some negative CR flowing.~~ Also, if any of Adalwolfe Hawke's CR wants to meet his quiet but-also-sometimes-a-dick-boyfriend, I'd be down for that too!

Notes: I'm back at work and still nurturing a freelance possibility, so my tagging isn't the 'full clear every day' kind. Characters: Jennifer Keller
What they are like: Jennifer resides on the good ship Wonderduck and is from a very tropey sci-fi canon, so by this point there's little in the Fleet that can faze her. She's a medical officer and is very confident in the infirmary, but outside of it she can be shy, socially awkward, lack self-confidence and have difficulty approaching others. However, she is a good friend and good at being a listening ear when needed.
Looking for: Jennifer's currently in hypersleep, but I'll be bringing her out of it soon. She offers (handwaved) medical/first aid lessons for anyone willing to learn, and has an ongoing interest in keeping supply caches/first aid stations scattered around the Iskaulit. I want to expand her CR in general, and she's always available for medical needs.

Characters: Richard Castle
What they are like: Castle is the Windrose's almighty janitor and space dad. He's a very friendly, outgoing person who's a famous author back home, so he is very much into playing it up for the cameras, since he's used to being a celebrity. He also helped the NYPD solve homicide cases back home, and is pretty good at obfuscating stupidity (ie hiding his intelligence behind a smokescreen of ditzy cluelessness). Castle has a big heart and is kind, generous and loyal, especially to his shipmates. Castle has a group of cleaning droids that can often be seen with him; they came with his augment and are smarter than the average droid thanks to The Vision's influence.
Looking for: Kids to be a dad figure to, inspiration for his thinly-veiled Fleet expy characters and stories, more friends in general.

Characters: Alphonse Elric
What they are like: Alphonse is the Vanquish's security officer and newly-promoted first mate. He is a sweet teenage boy who is kind to everybody and loves animals. He is also a formidable alchemist and martial artist, since he and his brother worked for the military and fought against the big bad for most of their canon. Though Al knows his way around a fight, he actually dislikes hurting people and causing destruction.
Looking for: People to spar and train with, as Al's teacher pounded the importance of keeping a healthy body into him. Al also likes making stuff with his alchemy and is willing to do repairs, craft tools, etc. I'd also like for him to learn medical stuff, because in canon he showed a keen interest in alkahestry (alchemy that originated for medicinal purposes, rather than war), and I'd like to explore that more.
Notes: Al's alchemy involves the deconstruction and reconstruction of matter into new forms. He doesn't use it on living beings, however, and it's limited by equivalent exchange- to gain, something must be lost, so he can't conjure stuff out of thin air. Also, Al spent some years detached from his flesh and blood body; his body was starved and atrophied when his soul came back to it, and even after two years+ of recovery, sometimes he tires easily and needs the aid of a cane or a crutch to walk.

What they are like: She's a 20 year old mutant from the ~~darkest timeline~~ canon AU back in 1995 Age of Apocalypse. She also has almost 7 years of CRAU (which she thinks was 1 year because 7:1 game) at an underwater prison which was much nicer than her canon. She's got some PTSD but she's also tough, protective, and caring. Her power is "phasing" where she can become intangible or walk on air or through solid objects. She's a hero even if she feels uncomfortable applying that word to herself. Dating Winn from Supergirl. She's on the Windrose when she isn't with him on the Tourist.
Looking for: I have no specific needs at this time, but I'm always open to seeing what happens! New and continuing CR of any kind are always loved.

Characters: Sokka
What they are like: Captain and engineer on the Blue Fish. The sarcasm and meat guy. Sokka likes hunting in new planets, inventing stupid things, and generally snooping about trying to learn what he can about Atroma. He has plans to overthrow them one day, and get everyone either home or into a world they can be happy and safe in. He thinks big. He's also doing what he can to be a good captain to his crew
Looking for: Sokka gets on well with fellow nerds, and people who think outside the box like him (read: kinda crazy). He ALSO gets along with the opposite of that, people who are very straight minded - he needs these sorts of people to stop him being...too much of him. Go hunting with him or build something ridiculous with him and he'll love you forever.
Notes:

Characters: Kaywinnet Lee "Kaylee" Frye
What they are like: Kaylee is the Golden's mechanic and has an Engineer augment. Kaylee knows her ships. She has a borderline empathetic affinity with them, and is able to diagnose and fix nearly any problem, given the right tools and parts. So yes, if your ship has a problem, chances are she can fix it. Kaylee is also nice- she's one of the friendliest, sunniest people you will meet. On the flip side, though, she can't really defend herself in a fight at all, and if you get on her bad side, she can be stubbornly cold.
Looking for: People to talk ships and engines with. Kaylee can get along with nearly everybody, and she has a knack for finding things she has in common with people.
Notes: Kaylee and Jennifer are played by the same actress, in case someone wanted to play with that at some point.

What they are like: Communications officer on the Pathstone. Winner of the Worst Demon Ever award. He's lazy and snarky, and pretty much does whatever he can to avoid any kind of effort. He has an absolute heart of gold, but he will never, ever admit it, and if people show any gratitude to him, he pretends he did nothing nice at all. He regularly puts stupid, pointless games up on the network, which are HERE.
Looking for: Crowley will get along with most people. He really loves humanity a lot so if your character is human bonus points! But that doesn't mean he won't talk to anyone else. He so will. At great length. He loves theology talk, if you get him on that subject he'll talk your ear off. He's a CRAU with about 6 years in Paradisa beforehand under his belt. He also owns a bar! What they are like: An astronaut obsessed with space, Clay's the captain and one of the pilots of the SS Vanquish. He loves learning what he can about whatever they come across, whether it be the planets, the moons, or the waystations. The notes he writes on them are stashed in his room, so it's a mess of papers all over the place. He's kind and outgoing, loud, playful and affectionate, and he tries his best to be a great captain for his ship. While he's the pilot of the Vanquish, he also does some engineering on the side, and would gladly help others with overseeing their ship since learning about them is his passion.
Looking for: Fellow nerds! People who listen to him when he goes on and on about space! Or go exploring with him when they reach a planet, and actually keep up with how much of a puppy he is when it comes to discovering new things. Though it'll also be good to have people who can pull him out of that and get him to focus on other things. Basically, anything and everything, I'm totally open to whatever.

Looking for: Steve is pretty easy to befriend and both new cr and straightening old cr is definitely something I am up for. I would def love some negative cr, as well! while friendly, he can be a bit closed off at times so with old cr, we can work on that, if you'd like!

What they are like: space engineer on the blameless! Cisco is an uber nerd, best friend to the superheroes, gadget maker, party planner and make up extraordinaire. He's the one who usually whips up the friendly toys and gadgets that either make superhero's job easier or are just cool such as his ice cream machine!
Looking for: new cr is always welcome! fellow nerds! people who laugh at nerds, superheroes etc! he's also open to negative cr as well! with older cr, people who will help him practice his powers as he is starting to accept them, superheroes who can fight a hologram of a nutty, creepy speedster - Cisco has created a hologram of the Flash's nemesis Zoom so if your character wants to train against speedsters or try its luck against the thing, they're welcome to it.

What they are like: Lab Support on the Tourist! Margaery is bold, sassy, manipulative, very clever, political beast, charming and sweet. She is compassionate but also has a firm grasp of reality. While her world is very cruel, she insists that joy of life, charm, flowers and cakes are the way to people's hearts. She's cunning and subtle, 17 years old and she's twicely widowed.
Looking for: Margaery is my most outgoing and friendly character so definitely friends. She won't be quick to show hostility but mutual dislike/negative cr is possible. I'd love for her to know fellow governs/kings/queens/people of authority and also just to make more friends.

I like: so many things. Fandoms vary: Star Trek, Star Wars, Grimm, Criminal Minds, Fullmetal Alchemist, many many others. Road trips, which I don't do nearly enough. My dogs. I love all the dogs. Writing. Reading. Complaining about the weather.
Notes: My plurk tends to oscillate between RL things and RP things and everything in between. I have kids and dogs in the house, so occasionally I have to boggle at the five-year-old child or the nine-year-old dog. I'll occasionally share things relating to breed specific legislation here and there or go on long-winded soapbox-y rants regarding the merits and demerits of both purebred and mixed-breed dogs. I live in central Oklahoma but I have family involved with the fishing industry on the US west coast, so that comes up from time to time. I am heavily involved with foster care and with the local Department of Human Services so I'll talk about (non specific) things that come up there. And then I squeal and flail about RP and ask people dumb meme questions. (This probably tells you SO MUCH MORE than that 'I like' part did...)

What they are like: Grumpy space doctor who's actually not that bad. Unless you're Jim Kirk, then he really is that bad.
Looking for: I'M SO NEW I DON'T HAVE MANY PLANS. Just bring me all of your characters and let's find CR. I tend to gravitate toward Friendship! and Exploration! and Drama! cuz I'm weird. Please bring me all of your tags.
Notes: Due to aforementioned heavy involvement with foster care/CPS/DHS, sometimes my days are literally filled with appointments from dawn to dusk (and sometimes vice versa) while also working full-time SO there are sometimes days when I'm not around. I usually tag later in the evening on US-CST time.

Characters: Fenris
What they are like: First Mate and security officer on the Tourist. Fenris is a super broody elf, who spends a lot of time alone and really hates being touched. He's a former slave, suffering from amnesia. The markings on his skin are made of lyrium basically a magical, toxic mineral, making him basically a living weapon. Anyone with magical ability would be able to feel the markings-a sensation a bit like biting on metal. He's a CRAU from Exsilium, so he knows a surprising amount about advanced technology and can get quite a few Earth references.
Looking for: Someone with the patience to deal with him for long periods. Fenris is a slow boil kind of CR, and no one will be besties with him overnight. It takes a loooong time for him to get any kind of trust and comfort around a person- but once they gain it he is fiercely loyal. He He's learning to read - and if he likes a character enough, he will tolerate them helping him with that. He also works in the Space Bar so you will likely see him there a lot.
If your character wields magic, expect him to be SUPER SKETCHY of them for a long time. And if they're in any way a spirit or a demon, he will flat out refuse to let them anywhere near him (and won't hesitate to threaten them). That said, he's trying to learn to deal with his 60000 anger issues, so I welcome any potential CR helping him if they want to go near that can of worms.

Characters: Cheese Sandwich
What they are like: Pilot on the Bishop. PARTY HORSE!! So Cheese pretty much exists to make others happy, and loves throwing parties in order to do so. He however, grew up with crippling shyness and he has...pretty awful social skills as a result. He's pretty much the master of "this is fine". He's a CRAU from Paradisa and has his own hangups about being trapped in magical worlds because of that.
Looking for: Though he outwardly loves people partying away with him and having a ball, he'd really love people to just chill out quietly with. He's a drifter in canon, so he spends a lot of his time planetside, wandering about and getting a lay of the land. Though he enjoys his own company for these things, he wouldn't mind a tag along every now and again.He also literally has a power that tells him when a party is need of his help, so if you ever wanna do something with that, we absolutely can.
Notes:

I keep meaning to get some Fenris and Margery CR, given he;s doing his best to get along with his crew members. She'd probably have a good shot at getting through his defences too, given how outgoing she is. You up for it?

What they are like: Hank is lab support and captain on the Blameless! Even though he's updated to Apocalypse he hasn't really changed much; he's still an awkward and nerdy mutant who loves science and likes making friends. He's a little more chill and subdued about things nowadays, but it isn't that hard to get him to be an awkward thing, either. He's also dating Raven Darkholme and they think they're subtle.
Looking for: I always welcome new CR of any kind! Even the negative kind, people who aren't okay with mutants, etc. Anyone who wants to learn! He's a teacher and he'll be doing a lecture whenever I stop failing, so he'd be happy to teach anyone. He doesn't have enough teenagers in his life bullying him here, so also that.

What they are like: Tempest is a half-elf mage and former mercenary who has had it up to here with prophecies and thinks her world is bullshit. She's quick to anger and incredibly stubborn, and generally mistrusting but it isn't hard to get past that. Once you do you find someone who genuinely cares and is afraid of being alone. She has a bucket full of issues so it takes a little work to get through them, but she's trying. She's also a little shit and loves to tease and ruin jokes.
Looking for: Magic folk! Elves! Old men! People who don't mind numerous stupid questions about the modern world! She can be super petty and bratty and can run grudges into the ground and out the other side of the world so if you want stupid rivalry nonsense too, come at her.

What they are like: Winnie is a nervous mess of a girl who is actually a ghost. She's shy until she gets to know people better, and then she's just shy and friendly. She doesn't like talking about what she is or how she died, and she tries her hardest to come off as normal because of the way her world works. But she's a sweet girl who just wants to make the most of things, and while she's hard to get to open up, once you do she's incredibly reliable and trustworthy.
Looking for: Anyone who will work at getting her to open up! Like I said she's very shy and nervous around most people, so people who will drag her out to do things and stop her from hiding in the library would be awesome. Also other supernatural folk!
