Got someone you want to try out before you app? Well this is the post for it! Feel free to use anything that fits in the setting of Drift Fleet! Want to play bumper shuttles? Want to go wild in a med bay? Play around with the current plot? Have at it!

Threads from the Test-Drive may be made game "canon" but DO NOT count toward AC!

FOR NEW PLAYERS: You DO NOT NEED an invite to participate in the TEST DRIVE! If you decide to APP into the game, ONLY THEN will you need an invite from a current player!

SPECIAL NOTE!
Since June is a special month in which we'll be breaking from the usual plot to bring back the calibrations plot, the Test Drive prompts will come in two flavors!

OPTION A: Standard Test Drive
Go ahead and treat the test drive as you normally would, using past plots or fleet locations as your setting! Here's some helpful info for some ideas.

OPTION B: Build-a-Calibration
If you'd like, you can use the info given about the Calibrations plot to design your own calibration room for any characters you want! Got a character you want to explore their inner psyche but isn't in the game yet? Go ahead and try it out! It can be a fully fleshed out room, or simply just a small part of it you'd like to play with.

Alternatively for any characters that are in the game, you can use this as a chance to either iron out, brainstorm, or test run any components of your calibration before the actual plot starts! We don't recommend posting the entirety of your calibration in this meme (as you'll have nothing new to post come plot time), but this can be a good chance to test out any parts to make sure they work how you desire.

Test drives are posted SEASONALLY, so the next one will be in September!

1. Wild Card

[ For all of her frustration, Gwen was definitely working hard at keeping things maintained on the ship. Having a engineering augment was one thing, but with her natural tendency for technology as well as curious intuition, Gwen had fit right in. It reminded her that aliens were a thing, and she should really stop scanning them.

However, getting close to someone not of Earth will have the Omnitrix on her wrist leap to life and begin a scanning sequence. ]

[ It was either cook, or starve. And considering Grandpa Max's tendency towards food was more akin to giving a angry swede viking a kitchen, Gwen was quick to produce food for people.

Right now, she was settling down with a slightly halfway done greek salad and if she notices you over there, she'll wave to you. ]

3. Network

So I gotta know something. We're on a ship, out in space. Currently for the entertainment of an alien race, right out of the weirdo zone. So I need to know if anyone has heard of the Plumbers yet.

I know it's a weird name, but the Plumbers are an intergalactic police force.

In any case, if someone could call Max Tennyson, if its even possible, let him know I'm uh, indisposed for a while and I dunno when I'll get back. Even the dweeb must be worrying about me, considering he keeps yapping on about Vilgax and stuff.

And that's not an invitation for Vilgax to suddenly come pay me a visit. Really. I'm 100% totally fine with that.

Yeah it's a weird name too. Grandpa Max was always traveling around for his job, so we never really thought otherwise that Plumbers was the name for an interstellar police force.

From what I've been told? Automatic scanning and DNA cataloging system actually. Any species that isn't in the watch gets added instantly when in proximity.

It's probably accounting for that. The Dweeb, I mean Ben, can change into aliens that split into multiple bodies.

So this lets you change into another species? That's amazing. I've never seen anything like it.

It's one of a kind, or would be at least. It's a long story involving aliens and the end of a multiverse and multiple dweebs, I mean Bens, everywhere. Suffice to say it, the Omnitrix can change me into several aliens.

Right now there's about 10 unlocked, but I heard from the big older Ben that there's over 1 million in here.
