Welcome one and all to our handy dandy 3-1 memeapalooza: Friending, Plotting, and CRing!

We haven’t done one of these in a hot minute so we’re long overdue. If there is a section you’re not up for just delete it from the form below. If the form doesn’t contain all the grandeur of your RPing needs then just add stuff! It’s that easy. You won’t be fined or anything. Unless it turns out I have the power to fine you in which case, I’m living large on meme fines! And of course tailor it however it feels right if you are a person of many characters!

Look, Pavel's thrilled that Mikumo is back in the Fleet with her memories from before because nice things like that don't happen very often. She's sort of baffling and he has no idea how to read her or whether or not her teasing ever means anything, but she talks to him and seems to like having him around. He likes her a lot for that.

She's also very pretty. I just want you to know that this is a thing that he's keenly aware of. Since he gets the general vibe that her interest in him is limited to the kind of interest that someone would have in a dumb puppy, he probably won't do anything crazy like ask her out.

Also, as far as Pavel goes, he's sort of a puppy, sort of a really cute man with an adorable accent. Once she realizes that there's more to life than singing and teasing people, then things might progress.
