[There's footage of Allen sleeping. He seems to be having an intense nightmare, with how much he's tossing and turning feverishly in his sleep. This goes on for a moment, before he wakes up with a yell dying in his throat. Sweat beads on his brow, he's both pale and shaking. As he wipes his teary eyes with his arm, he looks around the bed out of habit for that golem. Which, of course, he's alone.]

[Swallowing and still shaking- he reaches out for his communicator. With fumbling fingers, he digs through the network files until he finds the rosters of the different ships. The Three Twins is first- he runs his finger over "Captain Ino Yamanaka". The Pathstone comes after, his finger runs over "Captain Anthony J. Crowley".]

[He takes a deep breath, the shaking starts to subside and color starts to return to his face that has relief written all over it. They're still here, they're still here. It's okay, they're still here....]

[He's still clutching the communicator like a lifeline, the roster open, as the footage ends]

[There's footage of Kaneis, checking his messages, multiple times throughout the day. Each time, the inbox reads "No New Messages". Each time, he worries his lip a little before shutting down the communicator and pocketing it]

[The final time he checks it, he doesn't pocket it immediately. Instead, he stares at it before opening up the "Write New Message" option. He selects Riku's frequency as the contact. Then, he attempt to write a message a few times: "Hey." "Haven't seen you in awhile." "You okay?" "Did I do something?" -- and so on]

[But each time he writes it, or even gets part way through writing it- he shakes his head and deletes the text before it gets sent. Finally he seems to give up with a sigh, and cancels the message screen. He pockets the communicator, his shoulders looking slump.]
