SPRING TEST DRIVE

THE SPRING TEST DRIVE MEME
(Or Fall Test Drive for you Southern Hemisphere folks!)
Got someone you want to try out before you app? Well this is the post for it! Feel free to use anything that fits in the setting of Drift Fleet! Want to play bumper shuttles? Want to go wild in a med bay? Play around with the current plot? Have at it!
Threads from the Test-Drive may be made game "canon" but DO NOT count toward AC!
FOR NEW PLAYERS: You DO NOT NEED an invite to participate in the TEST DRIVE! If you decide to APP into the game, ONLY THEN will you need an invite from a current player!
Helpful Info for Ideas!:
Test drives are posted SEASONALLY, so the next one will be in June!

I guess so. Though, this place clearly has some sort of tourist industry, so I'm guessing maybe they found a way to alter the water on the planet to make it so everyone can visit. Otherwise, no tourists.
[That said, though...]
I wonder how long it's been breathable. Well, for non-water-breathers, anyway.

[Since, not only does she not know, she also doesn't care, but she's at least polite enough to not say as much. Especially with more interesting matters to investigate.]
You're handling this situation better than I would expect, human. By any standard. Is this not your first time being transported to a distant planet against your will?
[Because reality show or not, let's face it, nobody actually signed up for this.]

[Keith looked a little intrigued by her next question. He had also not really visibly reacted to her appearance, either, so take that as one will.]
Well... sort of? It's not my first time to a distant planet or meeting aliens, even. I've been out in space with a team for a little while now. We kind of got tossed into the fire, so to speak, so we had to learn to adapt fast.
I'm still kind of freaked out? But... weird is just the every day for us now.
