Pelessaria B'Sayle 'Peebee' || Mass Effect: Andromeda
It didn't take long for Peebee to explore her ship and decide this was the Worst Thing Ever that could have happened to her. Sure, she liked the idea of traipsing around the universe - but at the whim of an unknown kidnapper? No thank you. Forget her quarters; she's shacking up in one of the shuttles for an easy getaway if the opportunity ever presented itself.
That means moving all the necessities from her assigned bunk and grabbing a few choice non-perishable provisions from the galley.
Network
[Underwater video post because that's not even something she can do in her own world - and she looks stoked about it.]
Heeeey Fleet! Peebee here, talk about some wild tech, right? I think this is definitely something we need to research and utilize for our own purposes. [entirely serious reasons besides 'this is so cool!'
lies]Space Bar
[Maybe she's been here long enough for the novelty to wear off, or maybe she thought she'd made some big discovery to find out someone already majored in it, or maybe it's just a random Tuesday.]
[Either way, she's at the bar, and she is tanked.]
No - you have a funny face. But I like it. [She raises her glass in a toast,] Cheers to you an' your funny face!
[So, yeah; have fun with that.]
Space bar- ain't no party like a bioware party
...I am sure me and my funny face are delighted.
'cause a bioware party gives you multiple dialogue options
Really? 'Cause you look more like you've got a digestive issue than delighted.
heyoo
This is what my delighted face looks like, I assure you.

[Taking a big swig of her drink, while looking at him over the edge of the bottle.]

[She finishes off her beer and looks at the empty bottle, then looks up at Fenris and waves it, wide-eyed and imploring.] I have found a sad thing and it is my empty bottle.
[Did she intentionally no answer his question or just drunkenly forget?]
no subject
No. We are not related to humans. Not unless one is a half-elf, which I am not.
[He doesn't really have any elven pride...like at all, but he'll stick to what he is all the same. He arches a brow, leaning on the bar a little. ]
That is tragic. Do you have the money to buy another?

[She digs around in her pockets, then throws down the random pieces of scrap, tools, and lint she'd collected. And the communication device. She stares at all of it.]
Wait ... isn't it like ... electronic?
no subject
You should have a card, if you wish to pay for it electronically. Some like it better that way.
no subject
[She digs around in her pockets until she finds it and goes to hand it over to him, or rather fumbles and accidentally flicks it at him.]
Hahaha, whoops!

I am sure Nami would rather I cut you off if you get too tipsy, but honestly I'm a little curious to see where this goes.
On Board
She definitely wasn't expecting to see someone dragging a bunch of stuff down the hallway. ... Okay, she's not sure what she was expecting, but still - not that. She leans against her doorframe, arms crossed, head tilted to the side. ]
Moving?
no subject
Oh, yeah. Relocating to a shuttle. Ya wanna help me with this stuff?
[She jerks her head at the blanket-ful of scrap.]
no subject
[ She doesn't actually say that she's going to help, but clearly she's going to help - because she's walking to the other side of the blanket so they can pick the thing up and carry it together. ]
no subject
Why not a shuttle? It's more spacious, right next to my lab, oh - and I can leave whenever I want. That's a biggie.
no subject
Leave where? We can't escape the flagship's pull. Unless you'd just rather live by yourself in a shuttle the whole time?
[ ... wait for it. ]
... Okay that doesn't sound too bad.
