Oh, you know, the old story of world governments falling to a mad despot bent on enforcing survival of the fittest by committing genocide against the human race.

I was deemed to be an asset so, they sent people to collect me and failed. Ended up joining up with the people who rescued me.

So, no real law or order, but I was a teenager at the time.
