[ For having just received a High Class Edna-brand nickname, Rokurou seems to take it in stride. Even the part about being Velvet's pet idiot. It's not the first time he's heard biting words like that, and with the way Rokurou is, it won't be his last. ]

[ Ouch, that's cold. He doesn't flinch, he's gotten similar looks from all sorts of people given his nature, but hers is ranked pretty high up there. And quickly rising the longer she holds it. ]

Nah, but I guess I could use it as an opportunity to have a good one-on-one fight with him.

[ It's okay. Bigger men than Rokurou have flinched from Edna's glare. Great big hellions turning tail and running from the petite Seraph because... Well, she is pretty scary. She's Eizen's sister after all. ]

[ That sure is some family resemblance they have going on there. Rokurou's easily of the opinion that Eizen's the easier one to work with, in spite of all their immature squabbling, if only because he's known the other malak for so long. Edna, well, right now she was a unknown factor and that bit of information is what keeps Rokurou just barely on the edge of caution. Juuust barely. ]

[Well, Eizen did raise her, but she's probably the more ruthless of the two. She has no problem abusing people of their misconceptions about her.

And she has refused to help if she doesn't want to do a thing. More than once. Especially if stupid is involved.

She looks behind her at the Hellion and shrugs.]

[ Especially since he's got the feeling Edna's not the kind to appreciate someone barging ahead of her and being in her way. Call it his own rare intuition, while typically ignored, is respected if only because this is Eizen's beloved sister. ]

[ He takes long strides to break the distance between them and walk beside her, looking around curiously (or more like looking around for something to fight) as they go. Ah, and starting tactful and on-point conversations. ]

[If she has to walk with stupid, she wants to see it. And if he does something particularly dumb, she wants him within hitting range. Although, she does sort of appreciate the thought behind his offer.

[ Well, surely it's safe to have a tiny prickly malak who is Eizen's sister walking behind him, surely nothing could go wrong for Rokurou. He takes the few longer strides it takes to get himself ahead of her, head tilted to look around the cave as they go, his relaxed tone belying his excitement that something in here will try to eat their faces. ]
