[ There's a little bit of whiplash when Zaveid sees something oddly familiar, and he takes his time to stalk her through the shops - definitely knowing she will be entirely aware of his company. It takes him a little time, but eventually he saunters up to her side, tilting his head and giving her a wide grin. ]

[ He grins, tilting his head and watching her. He doesn't expect much commentary from Velvet on how much he's changed, but he crosses his arms and relaxes, just a little. ]

Anyone given you all the info yet?

[Honestly she's not in a position to judge long hair and questionable fashion choices, is she. He seems comfortable, and she supposes that's what matters.

Besides information is a bigger priority.]

We're in space and the people in charge are broadcasting everything we do to whoever decides they want to watch it. The more interesting we are the more money we get.

[ Pausing, he scratches his chin. ]

Unfortunately those were pretty much the basics she already knew so she's sort of underwhelmed. She makes a mental note to herself not to expect info dumps from Zaveid.]

[ He leans back, almost as if he's been personally insulted. ]

Hey! That's pretty much everything you need to know! It's not like we know much more than that...

[ He crosses his arms over his chest, frowning. ]

There's more of us here, too. Another wind ser- malek, and a water one, too. And their friend, a good kid. I guess that's important, right?

[Her tone is deadpan, but she doesn't really mind that much. She's okay with Zaveid in general, it's just that sometimes their ways of doing things clashed.]
