[She shrugs.] Maybe! We'll know how far they may have gotten when we start finding loot. Or bodies. [It... almost sounds like she'd be equally happy to find either of those.]

[After a moment she swims over to join him at the hallway entrance. (It is a wide arch in the shape of two intertwined fish.) This leads to a steep descent without stairs - it was, after all, designed for swimmers. The light, already dim, drops off quickly inside. Aradia squints; even she can barely see down there.]

Do you have a light, by any chance?

[Keith grimaced a little at the idea of bodies.] Yeah.

[He shifted his arm to shine the light down the hall when she asked, lighting up the ramp leading down and away. It looked safe... 'enough'. After all, they weren't walking on the floor, so they didn't have to worry about that. They just had to be careful of potential cave ins.]

    It goes pretty deep.

[With a nod of his head in that direction, he started moving down, keeping the light forward as best he could while still swimming, and trying not to bump anything. The only thing he did was check those fish carvings once in a while, like he expected them to react somehow.]
