/loudly sneaks in after curfew!

In case your only reaction to that was "???", my name's Jesse ([plurk.com profile] cherto) and I used to play here but I left for a bit because I'm a dumb. This time I've come in with a different vidya game character, and he goes by Jr., which is short for Gaignun Kukai Jr. I have it wired into my DNA to spell it Jr. no matter the context (FANDOM WAS UNFORGIVING ONCE), but Junior is fine, y'all. He'll also accept Little Master, don't laugh except laugh! Just don't call him Rubedo, where did you hear that name? He's from Xenosaga, specifically Xenosaga III. If you haven't heard of it, it's a cosmically convoluted clusterfuck (TM). Just another Jungian and Nietzschean hatemance where Cthulhu doesn't know the difference between a punch and a hug, and hokey religious overtones are shoved down your throat until you're just too damn confused from oxygen deficiency to even care about the inconsistent voice actors and art style. Should anyone wish to investigate further, his app is here and I have canon resources and other unnecessaries here.

While Jr. looks and sounds like a 12-year-old, he ain't. He can halt his cell growth, thus keeping him young and adorbs for personal reasons, but he's really 27 or thereabouts. What is the passing of time???

He's used to SPACE and SPACE FIGHTS and all kinds of SPACE THINGS so bring it, for he is space cowboy. Back 'home', he commanded a warship (and colony), and co-directed an intergalactic conglomerate, but he's also well off in following orders like a snarky soldier boy, so he can fill many roles. He's sorta-kinda a bioweapon with the number 666 tattooed right into his palm, but can everyone just ignore that, please, you'd make him so happy. He just wants to fight bad guys and collect books and guns, life's simple pleasures.

My warrior poet will be coming in after this battle of the bot-babes and ready to rumble. /shoots the teal dear now

+1 bard

Hi ev eryone, I'm Katie and I'm bringing in Leliana from the Dragon Age series. She's post Inquisition, and unhardened so yay for that. She's a former bard, the former Left hand of the Divine and forever judge of people's shoes.

She also loves nugs and crows. Don't judge.

Her icons are mostly from a modded version of Origins but I'll probably get a paid and add more Inquisition icons soon. Because I can.

In the meantime feel free to add me at autoclave on plurk.

Okay, uh... I'm really bad at introductions, so I'll try to keep it simple. Hi, I'm Waku (Plurk: Reisen), and I'm a new player here. Today I'm bringing in Uzuki Shimamura, a character from one of the many Idolm@ster anime. Specifically, Idolm@ster: Cinderella Girls.

No, I don't know why they insist on having the a in the name as an @ symbol. Anyways, it is a series about idols doing idol things. The Cinderella Girls offshoot itself actually branches off from a mobage game, wherein Uzuki here... Was the weakest, most basic character you could get. Her going from being the most common card in the game to actually being able to get her own music single and a key part in the anime is a success story in itself, but that's... Beside the point.

Uzuki here is a girl who's spent most of her life idolizing and trying her best to be an idol, but unfortunately never really managed to get anywhere because of the most unique thing about her: She has a superpower. But of course, this is the Idolm@ster universe, wherein all "superpowers" are just plain wierd and bizarre rather than anything that would be "super". Specifically, Uzuki has the superpower to be astoundingly average at whatever she does.

Either way, she's finally had her moment in the spotlight, gotten closer to her team, and even gotten fanmail... And now she's in space! She'll do her best to adjust!

...She's kind of an endless font of optimism, trying her best, and overworking herself to the point of mistakes.

Hi! It's Leah again! I was here before with George Cooper before I got Spy Burnout but I'm back now with someone waaay easier.
Here to join the crews is a 17-year-old dork mage called Bobbin Threadbare from a game called LOOM from 1990/1992.
He's a Weaver, which means all his spells are based around weaving/spinning the threads that make up reality...and since he hasn't got his distaff, he can't really cast anything. Oh well! He'll be thrilled to make friends. He left his island and talked to people for the first time ever two days ago so he's only just learning.

He's a pretty Classic mage, hooded robe where you can only see his eyes glinting underneath, dressed all in grey. Aaaand he can mend literal fabric too so. If anyone's got holes in their outfits...you now have a resident tailor of sorts.
It's easier when it's the fabric of the universe, go figure.

You can add me on plurk at [plurk.com profile] moralsremitted if you like!

Hello! Gore here, your resident Aang player, here with a second character! This is Cory Matthews from Girl Meets World, the new follow-up to the original 90s sitcom Boy Meets World. Cory's grown up and become a history teacher, but he's still pretty much a snarky goofball. Just with lots of dadding, especially since his daughter Riley is here. He'll also be a Communications augment, so there's that. I look forward to all the shenanigans!

Hello again, Flooters! We're sorry for another delay, but both mods are going to be at a craft show all weekend, and won't be able to get to this week's Shuffle until Monday. New characters will be hanging out on Marsiva until then. :)

Our schedules should finally be normalizing after this weekend. Thanks for being patient!
