How's it Going?

Since the Drift Fleet just had its very first birthday, we figured it was as good a time as any to open a feedback post up to the game. This is not mandatory or particularly structured--we just want to hear how things are going for you, our players!

What we're looking for:
We'd love everyone who plays in the Drift Fleet to leave us a comment with their thoughts! Longtime players, new players, players who joined after this post went up-- everyone is welcome to tell us what they think of the game so far. There's no official form or any requirements for your feedback, but if you need somewhere to start, here are a bunch of ideas to get you going:

What have you liked or disliked about the game? What aspect of the Drift Fleet is your favorite? Is there any aspect of the game that you've never cared about? Do you feel comfortable with the game as a whole?

How do you feel about the events and mechanics of the game? Which events have you liked the most? Are there any events that have bored you or been hard to play in? Is there anything you'd like us to do differently with the monthly Stars Systems, the Shuffles, or the ships?

How has the mod team been doing? Is there anything we've done especially well, or anything you think we could improve on? Have you had any specific issues with a mod, or is there anything that has bothered you about the way the game is being run? Is there anything we could do to be more supportive and approachable?

How has the player-base been? Have you felt welcome here? How easy has it been to establish CR with other characters? Have you run into any problems with other players? What has been your experience with the "crew" system? Has it been tough or easy to keep up with the pace of the game?

Any suggestions or wishes? Are there any plots you would like to play in, or any game elements that you'd like to see in the future? Is there anything that you would like to see changed about the game, in an ideal world? Or, do you like everything exactly the way it is and don't really want much to change?

What we're doing for you guys:

This post will be "open" for two weeks (until 10/25), after which it will be "closed" to new comments.

All comments on this post will be screened. You may comment anonymously if you would like, but we would really enjoy being able to see who is behind each comment, if you're comfortable with that.

Stick (me!) is the only one with access to this account. After this post closes, I'll be sharing your feedback with Red. We will keep everything confidential, unless you say otherwise.

We want this to be an opportunity for players to comment on the game without being engaged in a back-and-forth discussion. Red and I will read all of the feedback we receive, but will not be replying to anyone. If there is something you would like us to follow up with and contact you about, please make this clear in your comment!


Please consider leaving a comment, regardless of how little or how much you have to say! Whether you have a bunch of crit for us, or all you have to say are good things, we'd like to hear it. We're hoping to get as accurate an idea as possible about how our players are feeling about the game, so that we can continue to make the Drift Fleet a fun, safe, and relaxed place for everyone.

Hey, Saffy here. Hiccup is going home! I'm feeling a bit stagnant with him and between work and commissions, I just don't have the time to figure it out. Sorry, Bloodsports 8(

He is leaving some gifts though!

- Fire sword (Inferno II) goes to Robin
- Tek is getting that necklace he commissioned
- And a flight suit in blue and black with basic gliding capability goes to Clay

I think that's about all he has kicking around. Obviously other engineers are free to raid his stash and whatnot.

I'm still here with Varric and Belthazar though. You aren't getting rid of me that easily. ;D
