Hey, new player here! I'm Anna, and I'm bringing Katsa from the Graceling Realm book series (it's pretty obscure, so I don't expect most people are familiar with her). She's entering Drift Fleet with another game CR, but canon updated eight years since she left her last game. So Katsa's familiar with the whole different worlds shenanigans and might recognize a few characters, but she'll be regaining her footing with it all. Space travel's fairly different from anything she knows. Expect five billion questions.

Brief rundown: Katsa's canon is medieval fantasy, she's what her world calls a Graceling (two different-colored eyes and one super-human skill—in her case it's survival, and you can read about what that entails for her here if you're interested). There's more information about her on her journal, both for canon and previous game CR/history. She's loud, temperamental, not the most observant of people (especially in her social skills), stages government coups and forms secret rebel groups, threatens a lot more violence than she's actually willing to follow through with, big on personal choice and agency. Honestly, she's not always the most likable of people upon first impression, but she's definitely capable of growing on people. I have a permissions post here.
