December AC Completion + MOD ANNOUNCEMENT

As of this post, the AC check for December is complete! Players with a "✔" or "🌟" for their newest character on the December AC spreadsheet are now eligible to apply for an additional character if they weren't already eligible from a previous month. Newer players with just a "✔" are now eligible to invite other players to join the game.

The following characters did not meet AC and will be swept from the game:

And now for an... IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

Calibrations are just around the corner. Due to the unique nature of this event and because we want to bring in new players, we've decided that starting 1/1 and lasting through the end of the Calibrations plot, player invites will not be needed to apply to Drift Fleet! We understand this can sometimes be a bit of a deterrent to people who are interested in the game and curious about the premise, and we believe this offers a risk-free way for people to interact with the game at large. Applications currently in the queue will not need a player invite to app, and this temporary change will be noted on the relevant pages.

Since we are collectively stepping a little out of our comfort zone, we'd like to remind everyone that we have a 24/7 mod contact post if you need us.

Additionally, with a possible influx of interest, here's a reminder to check in on the Winter TDM every once in a while. We want to give everyone a warm welcome!

Hello, Fleeters! Saffy here, player of Belthazar (arcanepower), introducing another character who is about the most opposite of Belth I can think of.

This is Magnus Burnsides from The Adventure Zone, a quirky D&D podcast/graphic novel that's upbeat and funny until it isn't. Magnus is a buff tanky human Fighter who also took two levels in Rogue, but he's really just a big sweetheart who loves dogs and carpentry. He's not the brightest crayon in the box but he will never turn away from someone in need. He's also large and loud and competitive, and will straight up wrestle a bear because he can.

He's taken from after the end of the campaign but before the epilogue, so huge spoilers abound. Please let me know if you'd rather I avoided spoilers while tagging you. His augment is Security because reasons.
