Also now that they are on the same ship, I would love to see CR between him and Allen! I know the cooking thing is an easy winner, but i think I'd love to see if their CR can go beyond that- since you know they also have debts and shitty shitty life circumstances in common.

On the surface, he is building a reputation of being a fun loving, reliable guy who buys people drinks and tells great stories. He's also a great businessman. These things are not lies, but his true goal is to know everything that's going on and have some measure of control that way.

So here's the thing-- Varric needs a network. That's literally what he does. Because of that, I am looking to be CRAZY and have connections with 90 percent of the people in the game. Even if Varric never talks to your character personally, maybe he heard something through someone else... etc etc. Basically, he likes knowing what goes on. He starts by getting to know your character a little bit, and eventually finding out what they can do. Maybe then there's a favor, some money passed around, nothing too flashy. And maybe your character does a lil favor for Varric. Becoming a contact means Varric will trust you to pass on messages or to dispense whatever rumors you might've heard. It may or may not appear that obvious, though.

Obviously I need some measure of OOC cooperation with this. So, please let me know if you're interested in just casual CR or maybe having someone become a contact, eventually. Varric gives out his comm number precisely for this reason.

But okay here we go! While Kaneis likes Varric well enough, I think the contact thing would still come off as kind of sketch to him. HOWEVER- with Merrill here, I think that serves enough of a gamechanger for Kaneis to actually be more willing to do something like that. Since you know, Varric is Merrill's friend and Kaneis is actually pretty fond of Merrill. Cause seriously she's like an elf Colette jeez.

SO if Varric would be interested in having a pilot whose also a mercenary for one of his contacts, I think we could totally work that one out.

Pretty new here, but I'm always open to everything! This kid is a magical powerhouse demon hybrid with a lot of issues, among them being trust and bossiness and an issue about how many issues he has. His dad recently came in, so he refuses to hide that he's demonic anymore. If anyone has issues with that, they can gtfo. Otherwise, he's not a terrible friend to have if people can work through his prickly exterior.

He's the Security officer on the SS "okay guys calm down" Red Fish. He's a full-time vampire hunter and really, really bad at talking to people... or making friends... or doing normal human things... Nel is finally paying attention to the network, now that he's not so scared of it. He's generally kind of aimless right now, which is surprisingly not how he's used to being. Still trying to find his place with the world, still trying to adjust to all these people and not being treated to what he's used to... but I think the stability here will eventually help him.
He's extremely outgoing, cripplingly flirtatious (it's just his default), and... is missing a few braincells.

Tek started his settling into a quietly poisonous kind of apathy back when he was first pulled out of his world (back in Accord) and that has only gotten worse. He's bored and trying to find petty entertainment in anything he can (which mainly amount to him being a shallow jerk), so I'm hoping that eventually things (or people) challenge him enough to shake him out of that a little. I'm wondering if more rebel refugees from Exsiliumumum will help that? idk he needs stuff to sink his teeth into.
Basically a big old, vaguely evil dragon who needs a hobby.

COIL IS HAVING A TIME. His world is a little bonkers right now, but that's finally starting to level out... so I'm hoping to have him start stalking people, really trying to tinker with how things work and gathering resources here. He's really... difficult... to interact with, I think, but I'm hoping he'll start sticking to people that he either wants to inspect, or wants to work on a way out of this place with.
He's basically a mute, secretive little creep. Heavy on the shadiness and the not-knowing-how-to-be-human thing. Also a vampire-hunting necromancer. Whoo!


IN GENERAL my dudes are... really good at being hard to get to know. I think they all probably count as slow-burners. But I really do want CR with literally everyone!! It's a dilemma. Hange is sociable, outgoing, and tends to take initiative (at least I hope she comes across that way; she should if I'm playing her right). She does fine interacting with most people and is more than likely to be cordial with everyone most of the time. She's inclined to be warm and supportive with allies and is serious about making sure they're safe, and interested about learning more about the situation they're in, taking advantage of any opportunities that might come up to put one over on Atroma, and getting home eventually. She is easy to have friendly cr with but not necessarily easy to become close to.

Nunnally is just your average sweetheart middle schooler who rolls around in a wheelchair and always seems to have a slight smile on her face. Oh yeah, and she's a former princess of the ruthless empire that dominates her world. But before she was brought here, she was put in prison by her usurper brother who she trusted absolutely and it's kind of weiging on all of her actions here in the fleet. So if you want to play a fun game, ask Nunnally about herself and see how much she gives you. Spoiler: Not a lot. So, while it is mind-numbingly hard to actually get to know the entirety of Nunnally, she's actually pretty easy to get along with. She's nice and friendly, but comes off a little bland because she's keeping a lot bottled up inside. But she's a genuinely nice girl, and really does want to help people and not be a burden.

Lloyd is a social butterfly that always sees the best in people, even if they treat him like shit. He's a simpleton and a bit of a hothead, but he means well and cherishes his friends and will gladly do anything for them. He's the type of guy who would hate it if someone jumped in front of a bullet for him but would gladly jump in front of 20 bullets for them. Basically, to quote a fanfic: "He liked you until you hurt his friends and family. Then he'd beat you into submission, forgive you, and like you once more."

I'm down for any and all kinds of CR: good, bad, rivals, shippy, whatever!

Merrill's only just arrived, so really her first goal will be finding her weapon and seeing if there's some sort of transporter or portal on the Marsiva before she's transferred to another ship. She will basically have spent this week snooping where she shouldn't if anyone wants to take part in that, and also trying to keep peace between Fenris and Cole.

After that, I imagine she'll continue her research in connecting technology and magic, and seeking other types of portals/transporters/ELUVIANS on other ships and planets. If she can locate some plants and dirt, I am sorry to anyone on her ship. You may also find your ship slowly becoming a complete disaster zone for clutter wherever she resides the most.

All CR is awesome except shippy ones. Because apparently Riku's fanbase is already shipping him with five separate people and the poor viewers can only take so much.

tall skinny redhead with tsundere tendencies, actually a lot nicer than he wants anyone to think, kind of a pushover if you are a kid and have a good puppy face. Axel is fresh from Chain of Memories, so he's just scraped the bottom of what's basically the darkest point in canon for him: he killed a couple of his coworkers and betrayed two others, and he's actually not terribly proud of that but he'll never admit it. He's a little caustic and hard to get close to, but is quite protective and generous once he considers you one of his people. you just have to speak jerk.

i'm open to any kind of CR! i would love for Axel to make some devious pals to scheme with--he stops short of really hurting people unless he really has to, but prank wars and gossip are definitely things he can get behind. also if you are cute and short he will probably wind up collecting you cuz that's how he rolls, so bitty people come at me!
